On July 21, 2014, TSHA closed the housing waiting list in Southampton, NY, for the Housing Choice Voucher Program after the prospective candidates on the list grew to over 3500 names. Typically, we distribute approximately 30-50 vouchers a year to new participants. The initiative helped reduce some of the administrative burden on the agency by allowing us to focus on those who are currently on the list.
TSHA owns and operates the 37-unit project-based senior and disability housing center located at 57 Springfield Road in Hamptons Bay. The location is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, transportation, and community services.
