Applications for Hampton Bays Apartments, a housing complex of one bedroom units for seniors 62 and over and/or people with disabilities, applications are available here, via written request to Hampton Bays Apartments, PO Box 799, Hampton Bays, NY 11946; by phone request to 631-488-4220 x205 or by email request to khummel@southamptonha.org.
Applicants should complete application and return to HBA, PO Box 799, Hampton Bays, NY 11946. One per household.
Currently, the list has 100 names on it and we anticipate that it will take upward to 5 years or more to be called for screening.

The office of Housing and Community Services is to enhance and to create affordable housing opportunities throughout the Town of Southampton and to administer and initiate programs that help achieve that goal. It also oversees the Senior Services, Youth Bureau and Community Services. The Office of Housing and Community Development will administer the requirements of Chapter 216 of the Town Code as well overseeing and coordinating affordable housing programs and community development activities, including senior, youth and community services activities.
