In her position as office/property manager for the Town of Southampton Housing Authority (TSHA), Kathy coordinates Hampton Bays Apartments facilities staff and assignments and acts as a liaison between TSHA, staff and tenants. She assists with budget tracking and bill paying, customer service, correspondence and database management. Kathy also maintains the TSHA website and creates materials for special events.
Andrychów She has held positions in the corporate communications division of Burson-Marsteller (NY) and a family owned advertising-public relations firm, served as assistant to a celebrity chef, booked talent for local radio show and sold advertising for a women’s magazine. As the principal/owner of Underground Media, Kathy has provided public relations, advertising, media buying, web design and event planning services to several Eastern Long Island companies and organizations. Kathy has worked on projects large and small for many clients including Amoco, FedEx/Calgary Olympics, Milton Bradley/Hasbro, American Cancer Society, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island, Oakland’s Marina and Sunday’s Restaurant, Hampton Bays Chamber of Commerce and Southampton Publick House. She has served on the board for Hampton Bays Booster Club, Hampton Bays Chamber of Commerce and the Hampton Offshore Invitational to benefit the Big Brothers Big Sister of Long Island.
Kathy is a graduate of Valdosta State University (Valdosta, GA) and holds a BFA in Radio and Television and minor in German.
