JULY 2019: A Lottery will be Held for Southampton’s Affordable Rentals
A ranking lottery for 65 new affordable housing rentals will be conducted over two days on July 29th and 30th starting at noon in the Town Board Room on the second floor of Southampton Town Hall. Applications for 28 apartments at Sandy Hollow Cove in Southampton and the 37 apartments at Speonk Commons had to be postmarked by July 22, 2019. Applicants do not have to be present at the lottery.
ARCO, Multi-family Management, will conduct the lottery under the auspices and eligibility
guidelines of the New York State Office of Homes and Community Renewal.

Community Development Corporation of Long Island, Inc. (CDCLI), in partnership with Marconi Villas, LLC, is pleased to announce that it is accepting Lottery Applications to establish a list of potential applicants for four (4) newly constructed affordable rental units located within Marconi Villas.
Marconi Villas is a 20-unit rental development located at 510 Marconi Boulevard in Copiague, New York. Four (4) of the units are designated to be affordable units within the income and rent parameters set forth below. The development consists of two, two-story buildings containing 10 spacious one-bedroom apartments each with a den. Each unit comes equipped with in-unit washer/dryer, wood floors, white kitchens with stone countertops, natural gas, central heat and air, one full bath, and garden/public area. The units are conveniently located one block west of the L.I.R.R.

December 2017 REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The Southampton Housing Authority of the State of New York (TSHA) is seeking qualified vendors in the modular home industry to respond to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The number of responses received meeting the qualifications, terms and conditions enumerated below will assist the TSHA in the evaluation of this delivery method and the potential for competition among the industry.
The TSHA is interested in constructing five Single Family Homes. The location of the proposed sites are in Riverside/Flanders, Town of Southampton, New York. Each lot will consist of a 1-1 ½ story 1,000-1,200 GSF, three bedroom home on a crawlspace, two full bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and laundry. All designs should meet the specified TSHA minimum attributes.
